3 Steps to design your ideal lifestyle in 2022 

Have you ever heard of Lifestyle Design Name?

Here is the thing, I don’t do goal planning I Design My Lifestyle!

As creatives I feel that this is right up our street, let’s design!

Lifestyle Design is the practice of intentionally crafting a way of life that is aligned with who you are. With who you WANT to be.

It means creating habits and defining how you want to work, play and evolve. It’s the freedom to design YOUR life the way YOU want.

I have been doing it for a few years now, here are my 3 simple steps to do it.

STEP 1: Think Big and Cast a Vision

Forget what is feasible, forget what is realistic… think about what you would like to do someday, what you would like to BE one day.

And most importantly BELIEVE you can actually make it happen.

Take action.

You want to have a sports car, go on a test drive and see how it feels

You want to have a house by the ocean, go on holiday and see how it feels…

You want to make £100,000 this year, write yourself a check and see how it feels…

You can trick your mind into believing you already got what you want.

What can you do THIS YEAR that can help you reach that vision?

Write it down…

STEP 2: Align your priorities with your desired lifestyle

Think about the various areas of your life: Relationship, Finance, Business, Health and decide what habits do you need to implement to reach your goals this Year?

What are you going to prioritise?

  • Every 3 months
  • Every month
  • Every week
  • Every day

In each area of your life…

Go ahead! Write it down

STEP 3: Take action and protect your time

Do you know what is the difference between the ones being successful and the ones being frustrated?

Successful people are Protecting their time. Protecting their time to have a relationship with their goals.

I know life can easily get in the way and call you back to where you are trying to grow from.

So let me help you with discipline so you can focus on what really matters.

Take your agenda and block your time for the new habits that you are setting up.

Start by blocking your time off, holidays etc

Then block time for your daily, weekly, monthly priorities!
